1. Shipping Information
IRBstore orders are placed at 3:00p.m. each weekday, Monday through Friday with the exception of government holidays. Orders received after 3:00p.m. will be placed the next business day. IRBstore sends out all packages UPS Signature Required and Insured (at the advertised selling price) unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are determined by UPS in real-time. UPS will not deliver packages on Saturday. Should you require Saturday delivery, please contact IRBstore.com to make arrangements. Shipment status and updates are sent to your email address or you may call our toll-free line at (866) 946-9522.

IRBstore makes every effort necessary to ensure timely delivery of products but from time to time we experience supply delays beyond our control. IRBstore will communicate supply issues in a timely manner and ask that customers work with us to ensure customers satisfaction.

2. Return & Refund Policy
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by IRBstore before any products are returned. All products are tested and inspected prior to shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern.

Returns Procedure:
Contact our Support Center at (866) 946-9952 to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and our mailing address and procedures. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.

To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If you return a non-defective product, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping and insurance charges for the returned product are not refunded. Special order, sale, discontinued and/or promotional items are not returnable.

If a product is defective, IRBstore.com will make every effort to fix and/or replace the product. Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item back to IRBstore.com, after receiving a RMA number as detailed above. A new product will be shipped to the customer after the experts at IRBstore.com are able to test the defective device.

IRBstore.com will accept returns for any and all reasons within thirty(30) days of purchase. Returns are not accepted after thirty(30) days.

Certain items are non-returnable: opened software, DVD videos, CDs, books/e-books, any and all GPS tracking systems, GPS magnet mount cases, drug/infidelity test kits.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. If the merchandise was damaged during delivery, IRBstore.com will not issue a refund. return to top

Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery. Restocking fee may apply if shipment is refused at time of delivery. IRBstore.com does not accept returned merchandise shipped COD.

   FAQ 1. What forms of payment does the IRBstore accept?
   IRBstore accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card orders made by    3p.m. will be processed same day. Phone or mail-in orders accompanied by check will result in a 10    business day hold to allow sufficient time for the check to clear.    FAQ 2. How soon is my order processed?
   Credit card orders received before 3p.m. EST are normally processed on the same day, so long as    the items are in stock. Even if the item is out of stock, orders are normally processed within 3-5    business days.  top

   FAQ 3. How is my order shipped?
   All orders are shipped via UPS and arrive within 3-5 business days. Remember, we cannot ship to a    P.O. Box address. You can request overnight, priority, 2nd day or 3-day select service, but because    of the weight of some of these items, the shipping costs may increase.    All merchandise sold by IRBstore.com carries a 90 day limited warranty on parts and labor. Many    of the items we sell are also covered by a 1 or 3 year manufacturer’s warranty when indicated as    such. Please review our warranty policy.  top

4. Warranty Disclaimers:
This Limited Warranty is extended by IRBstore, LLC to the original purchaser of the products listed on this website and is not transferable. IRBstore warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the original purchase. If the Product becomes defective during its warranty period, IRBstore will, at its option repair or replace the Product with new or reconditioned components or parts. If the Product is purchased under refurbished conditions, IRBstore will provide only 90 Days Warranty.

IRBstore, LLC offers an Extended Warranty ON CERTAIN products, which is in addition to the standard warranty policy. The extended warranty options will be displayed at checkout. The extended warranty terms and conditions are the same as the limited manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. If your Product is eligible for warranty service, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and given shipping instructions. Please include proof of the date of original purchase (invoice) or proof of warranty registration with your shipment. Postage, insurance and shipping cost incurred in returning your Product to IRBstore or its authorized service provider ("Service Provider") for warranty service is your responsibility.
